COVID-19 has challenged the whole world to fundamentally re-think about their lifestyles in leading towards an ‘unpredictable’ future.

New Ways of Working (NWOW) is one of those significantly impacted areas due to various health measures which have questioned the knowledge workers’ perception on the concept of ‘workplace’ and ‘how’ to perform tasks in the future. Will this mean the death knell of agile and non-territorial concepts such as Activity Based Workplace (ABW)? The research assesses the long term impact of COVID-19 to answer these critical questions.
